How it works

Shipping Process

Please be patient. International shipping takes up to 1-2 months. Local shipping takes up to 2-4 weeks (due to the current pandemic) to arrive. We will always give out the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your information. Please take note that it is only ESTIMATION and not the exact date.

Tracking Order

Information is given to you once the parcel from Korea has arrived at our address. We will update you when the package is ship to your address. The tracking number is given to you also. You can check this on the J&T tracking site.

Packaging

Products are packaged with bubble wraps. Poster is packed in hard poster tube and additional payment is added.

Limitation

Shipping is not operated during weekends and holidays in the Philippines.

Luzon & Metro Manila area: starts at P200

Visayas area: starts at P155

Mindanao area: starts at P175

Handling fee rates

Barotac Nuevo area: P60
Iloilo City area: P100

Important

This shipping fee is shouldered by the customer unless we have on-going free shipping promotion. It might change depends on the actual computation of the courier. Overpaid/underpaid payment of local shipping fee will be refunded/paid through GCASH.
