Cancellation
Order Cancellation is not available due to change of mind or simple fickleness once purchased basically. Customer should contact us via email at scandco.customer@gmail.com within 24 hours after an order placed if any matter, order issue or unbearable reason for cancellation happens.
Cancellation itself is not possible once shipment is dispatched as well as pre-order itself is issued.
Part of ordered items can be cancelled due to manufacturing issue, supply matter and some other reasons. cancellation notice is emailed and payment is refunded via GCASH within a week after dispatched shipment.
Return
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you receive and send us a video of you OPENING THE PARCEL as proof for the return to be eligible. Please send us the video to any of our social media accounts or send it to scandco.customer@gmail.com within 24 hours from receiving the item. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via GCASH or Palawan Padala (depending on your choice).
Lost/Damage during delivery
Any damage, lost and late delivery of parcel shipment is not compensated originally because these shipping methods are not covered by insurance.
Customer can request official investigation for J&T parcel shipment. if there is no tracking result after 40 business days from shipped date.
